The HyperFlow Phase 2 Alpha Program provides early access to HyperFlow’s execution and portfolio infrastructure for a limited group of active traders.
The goal of the alpha is not growth and not marketing. It exists to validate execution quality, portfolio coordination, and real trading workflows under live conditions.

What Is the Alpha Program?
The Alpha Program is a time-bound, limited-access rollout of HyperFlow Phase 2.
Participants gain early access to:

Smart Portfolio – unified, non-custodial portfolio coordination
The alpha focuses on:
Real trading activity
Execution quality under load
UX clarity for active traders
Identifying failure modes early
This is not a demo environment. Trades execute on-chain with real funds.
Alpha Timeline & Structure
Launch date: February 12
Duration: Approximately 2–3 weeks
Participants: ~50 selected traders
Features will continue to roll out during the alpha period. The system is expected to evolve as feedback is incorporated.

HyperFlow Phase 2 is non-custodial:
You retain control of your private keys
Assets remain on-chain at all times
Funds are never pooled or rehypothecated
However, this is early-stage software.
Participants should:
Start with amounts they are comfortable testing
Expect occasional UX or performance issues
Understand that features may change during the alpha
How to Join the Alpha
Step 1: Apply for Access
Submit your interest through the HyperFlow alpha application form.
Applications are reviewed manually to ensure a good fit for the alpha’s goals.

Step 2: Join the HyperFlow Discord
All alpha coordination happens via Discord.
You will need to:

Complete Discord verification
Use the same wallet identity associated with your application
Discord is used for:
Access confirmation
Announcements and updates
Bug reporting and feedback
Direct communication with the team

Step 3: Access Confirmation
Upon launch, selected alpha participants will receive an access code shared privately in the alpha Discord group.
Access is gated via a temporary access code
Codes are issued only to approved alpha participants
Codes may be rotated or revoked if necessary during the alpha

Easier iteration during early releases
Controlled access without custody assumptions
